"Golden Chopsticks is a favorite restaurant throughout the year. We particularly enjoy the green beans, cream cheese wontons, variety of chicken, and the Hibachi grill. On holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas Days, they truly excel at getting the crowds in, fed, and on their way. The staff here knows how to work! Thank you. The restrooms need improvement. The noise level depends on the crowd."

""A" health rating on inspections. Food is fresh, hot and delicious . Service for seating, order beverages including refills and removing used plates is great. We frequently go here for the experience. A slight hit on bathrooms. They are stocked well but could use an update."

"I went to this place for lunch today. Although the entrance doors needed to be cleaned everything was amazing! The staff was friendly and we were seated quickly with no wait. It is very spacious and clean! You can tell they really really care about the cleanliness of their restaurant which is awesome! The buffet was amazing and very clean! The food was amazing and delicious! The waiters and waitresses were great and friendly. I do not like buffets and haven't been to one in years but this place completely changed the way I look at them now! I loved the beef and broccoli and seseme seed chicken and the Rangoons were delicious! The salad bar was great!! I cannot wait to go back! We spent about $40 for 2 adults and one child. Very reasonable prices! The parking lot is huge so plenty of space to park. I loved this place!"

"The food is great, the staff is really nice and the prices are quite reasonable. The Beef and Broccoli was delicious as well as the Sweet and Sour Chicken. I also recommend the Egg Drop Soup."

"Great place to get some buffet! The service here is awesome. Our cups never went empty, and our plates got carried away almost as quick as we were done with them. The food was good and there was quite a variety. We will definitely go back."

"Update 5/8/24. I had to lower the stars if im being honest. Its okay but it's not great. I was shocked the last three times we went when they overcharged us for my 10 year old meal without even asking her age. And sure enough on the way out I saw the price should have been half what it was. I paid it and didn't say anything but we won't be back. I forgot last time that's why we didn't come back for so long. Oh and they dont have the back wrapped jalapenos for the lunch buffet but they still charge nearly the same price as dinner. If not the same price. That and the green beans are my main if not only reason to go there. I paid $44.33 plus a tip for 1 adult and 2 children under 13 and their two drinks. My children didn't even get a refill nor did we get offered a Togo cup for our drinks. There are other very good restaurants in town that will get our business from now on. The food quality there isn't that great for the value this time either. The amount of breading on the chicken was crazy and what didnt have breading was very over cooked and tough. It was decent but if I'm being honest I wouldn't give 5 stats for the last few visits over this year. End update. Previous review starts Herr. This is our second visit here. The first was during the ice storm 2023. I hope the incredible food is consistent because it is dinner time right now but the food is absolutely delicious! Full of flavor and there is a large variety of food. I got a full plate of different varieties of foods and each thing I ate was absolutely delicious. I finished the entire plate. I completely forgot they have bacon wrapped jalapenos with cream cheese. They have a bunch of chicken dishes, spicy and mild. Their green beans are on point and full of flavor!!! And they have Boa too!!!!! Last time we came they made me a fresh batch too. I'm honestly shocked that this place isn't packed with people. The wait staff is keeping our table cleared and our drinks full. The chairs look almost brand new. The booth we are in has cushion and looks freshly upholstered! I'm absolutely impressed, specially after the tragic visit last week at another establishment in Abilene. We are definitely coming back!!!"
